Digital Product Sales Policy

All products sold by 3dprintmycar.org are digital downloadable files (including STL and related digital design files) and are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once purchase is completed.

By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • they are purchasing a digital design file, not a finished physical product

  • they understand digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, accessed, or delivered

  • they accept full responsibility for determining whether the files meet their intended use before purchase

  • printing results may vary depending on printer type, slicer settings, filament/material selection, print orientation, scaling, hardware tolerances, and post-processing methods

  • dissatisfaction due to printing setup, material choice, fabrication method, assembly approach, or customization requirements does not qualify for a refund

If a duplicate charge or file delivery failure occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

Important Product Disclaimer

The digital files sold by 3dprintmycar.org are intended for experienced fabricators, makers, and builders.

These files are provided as design assets / fabrication starting points and are not guaranteed to be direct bolt-on finished products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchaser acknowledges:

  • files may require minor scaling, adjustment, trimming, splitting, reinforcement, or modification

  • custom mounting brackets, supports, fasteners, alignment systems, or fabrication methods may be required

  • fitment may vary depending on donor vehicle condition, tolerances, aftermarket modifications, and build method

  • if used as standalone printed body panels, additional bodywork, filling, sanding, structural reinforcement, and finishing will likely be required

  • many customers may choose to use the printed parts as bucks, molds, templates, guides, or forms for fiberglass/composite body panel creation

  • printed parts are not represented as structurally certified automotive components

  • professional fabrication knowledge is recommended

3dprintmycar.org makes no guarantee that a purchaser will achieve a specific cosmetic, structural, or fitment result without customization and fabrication work.

Limitation of Liability

3dprintmycar.org shall not be liable for:

  • printing failures

  • material waste

  • machine damage

  • incorrect slicer settings

  • printer malfunctions

  • assembly errors

  • improper installation

  • road use issues

  • vehicle damage

  • personal injury

  • indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the files

Purchaser assumes all risks associated with fabrication, modification, installation, and use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / LICENSE

License Terms

Purchase grants the buyer a non-transferable license to use the files for personal use / permitted commercial fabrication (choose your model).

Buyer may NOT:

  • resell the digital STL files

  • redistribute the files

  • share the files

  • upload the files elsewhere

  • claim authorship

  • sell copies of the digital files
